Allergen Menu for Non-Prepacked Food
Create a written, dish-by-dish first draft from your ingredient lists and confirmed cross-contact risks. Review the personalised preview before paying £12 to unlock PDF and Word files.
Suitable for
- Non-prepacked food, including restaurant, café and takeaway dishes.
- One separate record for every dish entered.
- Written information for display, a folder or other accessible record.
- Distance selling where information must be available before ordering and again at delivery.
Do not use it for
- PPDS or other prepacked food: this product does not create the required full ingredients label with allergens emphasised.
- Recipes without complete ingredients and sub-ingredients.
- Unassessed or speculative cross-contact warnings.
What the draft records
Every dish is checked against the 14 regulated allergen categories: Celery, Cereals (gluten), Crustaceans, Eggs, Fish, Lupin, Milk, Molluscs, Mustard, Tree nuts, Peanuts, Sesame, Soya, Sulphites. Ingredient presence is shown separately from a confirmed cross-contact risk. “May contain” wording is used only when you explicitly report an assessed risk; the generator does not invent precautionary claims.
The draft reminds you to update the information whenever a recipe, ingredient or supplier changes. It does not replace staff allergen training, supplier checks, recipe controls, cross-contact risk assessment or other food-safety procedures.
