How it works when you buy a single document
Buying one document at £12 works in this order. The £24.99 bundle is paid for first and works differently — its own steps are set out with the bundle below.
Each document has its own guided questionnaire. Unsupported or contradictory answers are rejected rather than guessed at.
See the full draft before you pay. Nothing is delivered until you've reviewed it.
Export your reviewed draft immediately, ready to check against your own circumstances before use.
Featured landlord documents
Each of these can be bought on its own, or together as the bundle below.

- Right to Rent Check Record
How the bundle works
The bundle is paid for first, then completed at your own pace.
Sign in or create an account
The bundle is paid for before any document exists, so your credits are held against your account. This is why the bundle asks you to sign in and single documents do not.
Pay £24.99 once
This buys three document credits — one for each included document. No document is created or generated at this point.
Complete each document when you're ready
Answer that document's questionnaire. Your answers save as you go, so you can stop and come back another day. There is no time limit on starting them.
Check your answers, then generate
Each credit produces its document once. Download the PDF or Word file and keep your own copy — the copy held here is deleted after a limited period, and the credit stays used.
This is the opposite order to buying a single document. A single document at £12 lets you read the finished draft before you pay. The bundle is paid upfront, so there is no draft to read at the point of payment — your review happens at step 4, before you generate. Check your answers carefully there, because each document is generated once.
The bundle is not a guarantee of legal compliance or a substitute for independent legal advice, particularly for complex or high-risk circumstances. Existing refund/cancellation terms apply — see our Terms.

- We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice
- We do not claim that any professional has reviewed or signed off on a document
