Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 August 2026
These terms apply to UKDocs AI, a trading name of AmplioAI Ltd (company 17320172, 50 Farm Crescent, Slough, SL2 5TH). Contact admin@amplioai.co.uk.
1. The service
UKDocs AI turns your answers into a personalised first draft. It is a document-drafting service, not a law firm, solicitor or substitute for legal advice. Suitability depends on your circumstances and the law in force when you use it. A draft may create obligations if signed.
2. Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, review the preview and product warning, avoid unnecessary third-party or sensitive information, and obtain independent help for unusual, disputed or high-risk circumstances. Do not use the service unlawfully or attempt to override its instructions.
3. Preview, price and delivery
Generation and preview are free. The exact one-off price and every mandatory charge are displayed before PayPal opens. Payment unlocks the frozen substantive text reviewed by you as PDF and Word files. The VAT treatment is an owner decision that must be confirmed from AmplioAI Ltd's current VAT registration status; checkout must not state an inclusive or exclusive VAT position until configured accurately.
4. Immediate digital delivery
Before checkout you must actively ask us to begin digital delivery immediately and acknowledge that, once delivery begins, you may lose a statutory cancellation right. We store the wording, version and timestamp. This does not remove rights where content is faulty, not as described, not delivered, or other statutory rights apply.
5. Refunds and remedies
Because you can review the draft before purchasing, we do not normally refund merely because you change your mind after complete delivery. This does not affect statutory rights. We investigate failed delivery, duplicate payment, captured payment with unavailable files, corrupted files, and material preview/delivery mismatch. See the Refund Policy.
6. Availability and changes
A product may be withdrawn or placed in maintenance when guidance changes or a safe draft cannot be produced. Payment never makes a draft approved, professionally reviewed or suitable. We do not silently substitute new substantive text after checkout.
7. Liability and statutory rights
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud and death or personal injury caused by negligence. Any other limitation is subject to consumer law and does not restrict mandatory statutory remedies. Consumers may bring proceedings in courts available under applicable law; these terms are governed by England and Wales law.
8. Privacy and complaints
New substantive questionnaire and generated-document content receives an expiry timestamp 14 days after creation. It is then scheduled for automatic deletion, which may take up to 24 hours to complete. Transitional legacy content uses a 30-day fallback as explained in our Privacy Policy. For service complaints follow the Complaints process.
