Refund Policy

Because you can review your personalised draft before purchasing, we do not normally offer refunds merely because you change your mind after the complete document has been delivered. This does not affect your statutory rights.
1. When to contact us
If the document was not delivered, is technically defective, materially differs from the preview or product description, or you were charged twice, email admin@amplioai.co.uk. Include the PayPal order ID but do not email unnecessary document content.
2. What we will do
We will investigate delivery and integrity records and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include redelivery, repair or refund. Immediate-delivery consent does not displace remedies that apply to faulty, misdescribed or undelivered digital content.
